In development
Strength training that learns from every session.
Corva logs your lifts, reviews them, and builds the next block around what your training and your recovery actually show. One app for iPhone and Apple Watch, in place of a notes file, a chatbot and a recovery tracker.
What it does
Log every set
A fast strength logger built for the gym floor — exercises, sets, reps, weights and notes, on iPhone or straight from the watch. The logger is free, and that is the whole free tier rather than a trial.
Coaching that reads your sessions
The AI coach reviews what you actually lifted, not what a template said you would. It writes your next session, adapts the plan when a lift stalls or a week goes badly, and explains why it changed.
Recovery from Apple Health
With your permission Corva reads HRV, resting heart rate, sleep and related metrics from Apple Health, so recovery shapes what you train next instead of sitting in a separate app.
Weekly reviews and a coach you can ask
A weekly review of where training is going, and a chat you can ask about a stalled lift, a niggle or a deload — with your own training history as the context.
It won't make things up
No invented insight and no confident story about data it does not have. When the training history is too thin to support a conclusion, Corva says so.
Free logger, paid coaching
Logging your training, your history and your Apple Health metrics is free and stays free. The AI coaching — plan generation, session reviews, the weekly review and the coach chat — is a paid subscription. Nothing is advertised to you, and your training data is never sold or shared for anyone else’s purposes.
Not released yet
Corva is still being built and is not on the App Store. There is no sign-up here and no mailing list — nothing on this site collects your details. If you need to reach us in the meantime, the support page has the address. The privacy policy and terms are being finalised and will be published here before the app is released.
