Corva for iPhone and Apple Watch

Get in touch

Email hello@corvatraining.com. One person reads it, so plain English is fine and detail helps.

It helps to include your device and iOS version, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. If it is about a particular session or plan, the date is usually enough for us to find it.

Deleting your account and your data

You can delete your account from inside the app, in settings. You do not need to email us and you do not need to wait for us.

Deletion is not limited to the app on your phone: it also deletes your data on our servers — training sessions, health metrics, coach conversations, notes and your notification token — cascading through the records tied to your account. It cannot be undone.

If you would rather we did it, or you cannot get into your account, email hello@corvatraining.com from the address the account uses and we will handle it.

Subscriptions, billing and refunds

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple, so anything to do with payment is handled on Apple’s side:

  • To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel there. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • For a refund, use Apple’s Report a Problem page. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves.
  • If a purchase does not appear, try Restore Purchases in the app first, then email us.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Do both if you are leaving.

Apple Health permissions

Corva reads recovery metrics from Apple Health only if you allow it, and you can change your mind at any time in the Health app on your iPhone, under Sharing, then Apps. Turning a permission off stops the app reading anything new; it does not delete what has already been stored. For that, delete your account or ask us.

Data protection requests

To ask for a copy of your data, to have something corrected, or to exercise any other right under UK GDPR, email hello@corvatraining.com. We respond within one month. Those rights include access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if we get it wrong. Our full privacy policy is being finalised and will be published on this site before the app is released.

Reporting a security problem

If you think you have found a vulnerability, email hello@corvatraining.com with enough detail to reproduce it, and please give us a reasonable chance to fix it before telling anyone else. We will not take action against anyone reporting a problem in good faith.

A note on where things stand

Corva is still in development and is not yet on the App Store, so there is not much to support yet. SEDGE LABS LTD is a one-person company; replies come from a person, and they may not be instant.
